We are so thankful we hired Tracy and his team! They worked within our budget to create a gorgeous, unique dream space for us and our home would not be the same without them. Tracy and his team carefully and thoughtfully envisioned a remodel for our 1960s ranch style home with us, complete with redoing our entry, merging our kitchen and dining rooms, adjusting the location of our hallway, and outfitting our garage with dedicated laundry and workshop spaces. Their wise, trustworthy, experienced guidance enabled us to maximize every inch of our smaller ranch footprint and has changed our experience of living in this home. Tracy and his team have a detailed eye for design that informs every aspect of the built out process. Tracy and his team were always there for us and not afraid to point out when they thought we needed to change course on design decisions, vendors and/or materials. For Tracy and his team, doing their best work for us with materials we loved was always their top priority. They are the nicest people too; exactly the people who you want to go through a remodel with. We pinch ourselves every day — our once cramped, dated home is now more open, spacious, light, functional and drop dead gorgeous!
