Tracy was lucky enough to collaborate with an adventurous client remodeling their home in the Happy Valley area of Lafayette. The scope was to reimagine a custom home built in the 70s and update all the finishes in every room of the house. We removed all of the walls in the Kitchen/Dining Room and Living Room to create a Great Room and Tracy had the idea of completely opening the corner of the room to the Terrace and new Pool. This was no small feat! Both legs of the pocket doors weighed over 3500 pounds. We were spanning 50 feet.
