Tracy and the crew were fortunate to work again with Carroll Moore of Right Design Lab in remaking this old bungalow in the Rockridge District of Oakland. This neighborhood is one of the best in the Bay Area. Owners love the proximity to Rockridge Bart and the amazing shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops on College Ave. Strong social ties make this a very compelling neighborhood to live.
