Tracy met this beautiful family of 5 in 2016 to walk through their 3 bedroom/1 bath home and discuss possibilities to expand from ~ 1400 to 2500 SF. A new entry, a bedroom for each child, a master suite, indoor laundry and a large Family Room were desperately needed as the kids were growing fast!

We performed another whole house makeover on this residence in Burton Valley, Lafayette. Long a very desirable neighborhood for growing families, much of Burton Valley is undergoing renovation. I can see why, level streets, lots of cul-de-sacs to calm traffic and allow kids to roam free.

We were fortunate to get the opportunity to do a complete remodel to this 1930s semi-Spanish bungalow. John Lum Architecture provided the design and TAGC got to completely remodel the home, top to bottom and side to side.

Working closely with this creative family of musicians, attorneys, and artists, Tracy helped detail the remodel preserving some of the old and adding some contemporary twists.
